Nima Momeni, the man San Francisco police arrested Thursday in connection with the fatal stabbing of Cash App founder Bob Lee, owned a Bay Area IT consulting company, had a minor criminal record and was regarded by people who knew him as warm and friendly, according to interviews and public records.

Lee, 43, died after being stabbed in the chest in Rincon Hill just before 2:30 a.m. April 4.
