NASCAR driver Ryan Preece has survived a massive accident at Daytona in which his car flipped 10 times at high speed.
With four laps to go of the regular season finale at Daytona, Preece made contact with the #4 of Kevin Harvick on the back-stretch, flipping him into 10 barrel rolls, coming to rest wheels down on the infield.
Medics and safety teams rushed to the side of the #41 Stewart Haas Racing machine but Preece was able to clamber out of the wreck and was taken to the care centre for evaluation.
