Drive by shooting video: 9-year-old girl killed in Mobile in a drive-by shooting

Tragedy Tuesday morning in Mobile as a 9-year-old girl was shot and killed in her own home. Police say the girl was asleep on the couch, when someone drove past the front of the house and opened fire. She was hit at least twice. Chief Paul Prine says they won't rest until justice is served and he is pleading with the public to help solve this case.

"We failed them. We failed this baby girl. We failed the mother of this 9 year old child and I don't get theatrical a whole lot, but I'm aggravated. When is enough enough?” Prine asked.

"My job is to make sure that 9 year old baby gets justice," says Major Linda Tims, Criminal Investigation Division Lead.
